Seminary Course in Nicaragua Southeast District
September 2009
SENDAS continues to offer courses in theology throughout the region. One of the most recent courses was offered from the 31 of August until the 4th of September in San Carlos, Nicaragua in the Southeast District.

The course Development of the Christian Leader is a part of the Bachelor degree program and was taught by visiting professor Rev. Logman Pinto from David, Panama, which is located in the area of Chiriqui. There were 9 students in the class, which included three pastors, four laypersons, and two students in the Diploma in Ministry program.
One of the students in the class, Jose Cecilio Ulloa Hernandez, is Pastor of a Nazarene Church in the Southeast District. He felt the course was a great blessing. “I am sure that this course was not only a blessing for me, but for all the students since God used the Professor in a great way to change the course of our thinking in regards to the leadership in our churches.”
“The truth is all the courses I have taken have been great, but this course was something I think we all really needed,” stated Hernandez.
